No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party resources. There are no forms. The only page with code (JavaScript) is a small hidden game: it runs entirely in your browser, stores nothing and sends no data.

Server logs

Hosting is provided by the web hosting provider contracted by the candidacy, acting as data processor, which keeps the usual technical logs (IP address, date and page requested) for a limited time, based on a legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use them to identify anyone. If the provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

If you write to us

Data controller: Daniel González Gutiérrez, contacto@deasociadosaprotagonistas.es. Email is provided by the email provider for the candidacy's domain, acting as data processor. Purpose: to reply to your message and, if you ask, to help you take part in the General Assembly or to let you know about open calls for volunteers. Legal basis: your consent when writing to us, which you can withdraw at any time. Retention: until 31 December 2026; if you expressly ask us to keep you informed about open calls, until 31 March 2027 at the latest. Messages are read by members of the candidacy, under a duty of confidentiality. We do not share your data with anyone, and if the candidacy is elected your messages are not passed on to the chapter.

Links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp

The team cards link to each person's public LinkedIn profile and the «Share on WhatsApp» button opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. This website loads nothing from LinkedIn or WhatsApp: you only leave it if you follow one of those links, and their privacy policy then applies. The link does not tell them which page you came from.

If we contact you

When we talk to members we do so through LinkedIn or by phone, and only where we have a direct, personal contact with that person. We do not send mass emails. If you would rather we did not contact you again, tell us and we will not.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to contacto@deasociadosaprotagonistas.es, and you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We are not required to appoint a data protection officer.

People on this website

The names, roles, photos and profiles on this website are published with each person's consent, which they can withdraw at any time. Declarations of interests may refer indirectly to third parties: they are published with the minimum detail necessary and without identifying them, based on the legitimate interest in transparency of anyone standing to govern an association (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
