  1. We elect the Board of DirectorsThe people who, for two years, decide what training, events and support the chapter offers.
  2. There are two slatesThis is one of them. Every member has one vote and it counts as much as anyone else's.
  3. Vote or delegateVote at the General Assembly or, if you can't attend, give your vote in writing to another member: that's delegating.

Respected figures from the chapter, with no Board members, set the rules of good governance and make sure they are followed.
